Creamy Soy Dip
A great topping for grilled or roasted
asparagus
1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce
Crushed red pepper or hot pepper sauce
(optional)
In a small bowl, blend mayonnaise and
soy sauce together. Add crushed red pepper or hot pepper sauce for an extra
perk of flavor. Use as a dip for fresh cut-up or lightly steamed vegetables,
such as broccoli, or as a topping for grilled or roasted asparagus spears.
